Plus, it's rarely too expensive. In France, it's harder to find nice food in average restaurants. You have to go throught lenghty researches to find good places ... and it's very likely that your wallet will suffer ;) I agree that Tokyo (and any japanese city) deserves the first place way before Paris mainly because it’s very easy to find delicious food almost everywhere. Plus, it’s rarely too expensive.
